Currently we don't offer a free trial. Once you join the program, you're making a commitment to yourself to complete the 16 week program; and you'll be glad you did!

Does the T2Diet Program include weekly meal plans?
No. Our weekly meal plan service is not included in the DIY T2Diet Program or T2Diet 'Prediabetes' Program, so you won't receive weekly meal plans. However, you will receive recipe suggestions each week, along with sample meal plans and menus throughout the program. There are around 200 recipes provided throughout the program.
After completing the program, you can join on a monthly or annual subscription, where you'll receive weekly meal plans and many other membership benefits.
As a VIP Member, you have access to the T2Diet Program and our full online nutrition service, including the weekly meal plans.
