Diabetes Meal Plans (DMP) operating at diabetesmealplans.com.au, dmpmembers.com.au, t2diet and within digital and downloadable information products and services (menus, meal plans, programs, recipes, forums, emails, webinars, and other digital content), herein termed “The Websites,” is an online store and service that allows you to subscribe for information, order nutrition, health, and wellness products, purchase subscriptions online, services, programs, courses and workshops run by DMP.

By using The Websites and reading/ using the information or placing product orders with us, you agree to accept the following Terms & Conditions, the Medical Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy and the Refunds Policy. Please be advised that we reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement. By continuing to use The Websites after we post any such changes, you accept the modified terms.

Credit card processing for our products and services is handled by Stripe services, which accepts all major credit cards. Purchases are further protected by a secure SSL certificate.

PRICING POLICY

The prices displayed on the Australian website are quoted in AUD dollars, inclusive of GST.

REFUNDS

MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Monthly meal plan memberships and annual VIP memberships are sold as subscriptions. Subscriptions are on an auto-renew basis. You can view your subscription status, renewal date, and cancel from your account page inside the members site, or by contacting support at: [email protected].

Customers must maintain an active membership subscription in order to access any membership content contained within the private members site. If a subscription is cancelled and membership expires, there will be no access to any previous, current or ongoing membership content.

Monthly subscriptions: By agreeing to purchase a monthly subscription, you acknowledge that the monthly subscription will be automatically deducted from your account each month. Your direct debit will occur on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page located in our private members site or by contacting support at: [email protected]. It is your responsibility to update or cancel your subscription before it renews. After your renewal transaction has been processed, we do not issue refunds.

Annual subscriptions: By agreeing to purchasing an annual subscription you acknowledge that your account will be automatically deducted annually. Your direct debit will occur on a yearly basis. Annual subscriptions are sent 3 reminders before renewal – 1 month, 14 days and 2 days prior to your direct debit. While all steps are taken to deliver emails to inboxes, we cannot be held responsible if these notification emails land in your spam folder. Please note, DMP are not responsible to manage your finances, and with ample notice given about your renewing subscription, it is your responsibility to update or cancel your subscription before it renews. After your renewal transaction has been processed, we do not issue refunds. Your new annual subscription will remain active until it expires.

Cancellation of subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page located in the private members site, or by contacting support at: [email protected]. However, please be aware that cancelling your subscription stops the auto-renew of future payments but will not issue any refund from fees already paid. If you cancel half way through your membership subscription, your account will stay active until your membership expires.

All cancellations must occur BEFORE renewal takes place. If you cancel your subscription after your newly processed membership transaction occurs, you accept that no fees will be refunded, your new annual subscription will remain active until it expires.

Access

T2Diet Program and T2Diet Prediabetes Program Terms

The T2Diet Program and T2Diet Prediabetes Program are purchased as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Upon purchase, access to the program is granted for the 16 week program, and 4 weeks after. Therefore, the total access time purchased is 20 weeks. After this, you can upgrade to a T2Diet monthly or annual subscription to maintain access to the program, along with accessing other exclusive members-only resources.

We do not offer a free trial period for the T2Diet Program or T2Diet Prediabetes Program, so you acknowledge that once you make the decision to join the program and your transaction is processed, refunds are only granted under very limited circumstances.

T2Diet Program Terms (VIP Members)

Members on a ‘VIP Bonus Plan’ have access to the T2Diet Program or T2Diet Prediabetes Program included in their annual membership subscription.

From the member account page, the T2Diet Program or T2Diet Prediabetes Program may state ‘Lifetime Access’. However, VIP Bonus Plan members must maintain an active subscription in order to obtain and maintain access to the T2Diet Program or T2Diet Prediabetes Program. Once a ‘VIP Bonus Plan’ membership subscription is cancelled and it expires, customers will no longer have access to the T2Diet Program or T2Diet Prediabetes Program.

Member Intake Data, T2Diet Health Data & Other Health Data Entries

When you join as a Member we ask you to fill in a form upon entry and we may ask you to fill in forms at follow-up intervals over time.

When you join the T2Diet Program or T2Diet Prediabetes Program, we ask you to fill in a form at the beginning and end of the program; and if you continue as a member beyond the 16-week program, we may ask you to fill in forms at follow-up intervals over time.

We collect health information from Members and participants of the T2Diet Program/T2Diet Prediabetes Program for three purposes:

1) so we can improve our program and website and provide better services to our members

2) to track your progress in the interest of conducting scientific research (information related to this research may be published in scientific journals, on our website, online or in print. However, only anonymised data is used so your privacy and personal identity always remains strictly confidential)

3) so you can track your progress using our digital health log facilities

By completing these forms and entering your data, you give your consent for DMP/Dr Jedha Dening to use your anonymised data for research, development or promotional purposes. Each member/participant of the program is given a unique ID code, which keeps your privacy and personal identity strictly confidential. DMP would never share your personal identity publicly without your written permission and consent.

Site Availability

DMP strive to provide an active website free of technical errors or issues. However, we do not guarantee that The Websites will always be available, work, or be accessible at any particular time. Only users who are eligible to use The Websites may do so. DMP cannot guarantee that any products found on The Websites will work as advertised, or that they will give you the desired results.

Laws

This Agreement, its Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, Refunds Policy and the use of The Websites shall be governed by the laws in existence in Australia. You agree that any claim relating to The Websites and our information, programs, products and services can only be dealt with in a court in the state of Queensland, Australia.

Termination

DMP may terminate, suspend, or deny your access to all or part of The Websites for any reason at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you will no longer be authorised to access The Websites. You agree that DMP shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to The Websites. Disclaimers and limitations or liability set out in these terms and conditions will survive termination.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using The Websites, you signify your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Refunds Policy and the Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree to all these terms, please do not use The Websites. Your continued use of The Websites following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
