How long do I have access to the Prediabetes Program?
When you join the Prediabetes Program: You have access to the Program modules and resources for the 16 weeks of the program and 4 weeks after the program finishes, so a total of 20 weeks.
If you wish to maintain or continue access after that, and receive our ongoing support and weekly meal plans, then you can join on a monthly or annual subscription.
When you join as a VIP Member: You have access to the Program resources and all our other resources and ongoing support for as long as you maintain an active membership. VIP Memberships are for one year and renew on an annual basis.
Can I try the Prediabetes Program for free?
We do not offer a free trial period, so you acknowledge and accept that once you make the decision to join the program and your transaction is processed, we do not refund fees for change of mind.

Is the Prediabetes Program suitable for coeliac / gluten free?
YES.
Most of the information, recipes and resources in the Prediabetes Program are gluten free and suitable for coeliac.
Is the Prediabetes Program suitable for vegetarians?
The Prediabetes Program is NOT designed for people who choose a vegetarian diet, however, the general guidelines and information throughout the program is suited to all people with prediabetes or those wanting to prevent diabetes.
In addition, there are over 100 meat free recipes included in the program resources.
If you choose to join the program as a vegetarian, the weekly modules and videos may discuss meat, so you need to be aware of this. If this is going to bother you, then the program is not for you. Overall though, there will be helpful information that is suited to you as well.
Is the Prediabetes Program a subscription?
When you purchase the Prediabetes Program you will be billed once for the program amount (in AUD). This grants you access to the T2Diet Program modules and resources for the 16 weeks of the program and 4 weeks after the program finishes, so a total of 20 weeks. If you wish to maintain or continue access after that, and receive our ongoing support and weekly meal plans, then you can join on a monthly or annual subscription.
If you join the VIP Membership it is an annual subscription, billed in AUD each year. You can manage your subscription from your account page.
